Built from real experience in finance and banking, Danalytic helps businesses bridge the gap between numbers and narrative - turning financial complexity into confidence, clarity, and readiness for what’s next.

We help businesses get financially market-ready - building the clarity, structure, and confidence needed to move forward with purpose.
Think of your business like a house.
If the foundations aren’t solid, everything above it leans.
If the wiring’s messy, things flicker when pressure hits.
And when it’s time to sell, presentation matters just as much as structure.
That’s where Danalytic comes in.
We’re your capital-readiness partner - helping businesses:
- Strengthen their financial foundations
- Fix the “wiring and plumbing” of processes and controls
- Articulate the business model so banks, investors, and buyers see its true value
Most accountants keep score. Most financiers price risk.
We sit in the middle - translating numbers into strategy, and strategy into confidence.
We roll up our sleeves to put the right reporting, tools, and narratives in place so the whole business stands stronger.
Because, like any good build, it’s the details that make the value clear - clean accounting frameworks, reliable forecasts, and reporting that tells the real story. They’re not window dressing - they’re what help you raise, refinance, grow, or sell on your own terms.
At Danalytic, we are the numbers people who understand that finance isn’t just numbers.
It’s about clarity, confidence, and being ready for what’s next.

I’ve always been one of the number guys - the kind who enjoys spreadsheets, pulling apart detail, and understanding the story behind the numbers.
Over 16 years in corporate finance and banking taught me something bigger: finance isn’t just numbers. It’s about how information connects - to build confidence, shape decisions, and tell a story others can believe in.
I started my career in corporate finance practice, moved into corporate banking, and spent years working with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and investors. Again and again, I saw good businesses lose out - undervalued, misunderstood, or stuck - not because they lacked performance, but simply because the numbers and the narrative didn’t line up.
That’s why I started Danalytic. To bridge the gap. To go beyond just planning and actually roll up sleeves to help businesses put in the tools, process, and reporting that make them capital-ready.
At heart, I’m still a spreadsheet guy. Finance is about more than running the numbers. It’s about clarity, confidence, and helping owners see the next step - whether that’s raising capital, buying, selling, or just running their business with more peace of mind.
Brains & balance: I was invited to join Mensa fora confirmed high IQ - though my wife will quickly remind you that doesn’t extend to common sense in the kitchen.
Spreadsheet love story: My passion for numbers goes way back - in high school I was hooked on Excel 2000 (oops, that tells my age), not just for formulas, but because of the car racing game in row 2000 (Shift +Ctrl + Alt).
Cars & Tech: I am an automotive and tech enthusiast - I love driving, following car reviews, and keeping up with the latest in computing technology.
Disney convert: Thanks (forcefully) to my wife, I have gone from sceptic to true believer in the Disney magic. Beyond the imagination magic, I can’t help but admire it as one of the most fascinating business models (like a money magnet!)

I’ve always been drawn to the why behind the numbers - not just reporting performance, but understanding how the business actually creates it.
Over 16 years, I’ve worked across listed corporates, private groups, and growth-stage companies in industries from automotive to utilities. I’ve led business unit finance in an ASX200 environment, stepped into Group Financial Controller roles in PE-backed industrials, and worked directly with CEOs, boards, and investors to shape strategy, not just track results.
What I learned is this: finance leadership isn’t about producing reports. It’s about helping a business see itself clearly - where value is created, where it’s leaking, and where the next decision counts most.
I've managed forecasting cycles over $200m, overseen large asset portfolios, built and led finance teams, and rolled up my sleeves to drive margin improvement, capital planning, and operational reporting rhythms that actually support decision-making.
But the real value comes from being commercial - understanding how operations, people, and customers fit together - and translating that into numbers that build trust and enable confident decisions.
For me, the value lies in being commercial – understanding operations, people, and customers – and translating that into numbers that support growth and build trust with stakeholders. That’s the mindset I bring into consulting: helping owners and executives move from complexity to clarity, and from reactive firefighting to forward-looking control.
Shanghai roots: Born and raised in Shanghai before moving to Australia – I naturally bridge East-West perspectives and working styles.
Car lover: I love cars, and still do basic fixes on my 17-year-old daily driver. Always keen to try out something different behind the wheel.
Super Mario fan: It started with me, then my wife, and now even my kids are hooked. We’re regulars at Super Nintendo World Japan – every six months like clockwork.
Two kids: A 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. They’re lots of fun… except when they’re not (parents will understand).
